1. Free replacement for the inferior products within one year, which is counted starting from the delivery day
2. Alok pay the back delivery freights of the replacement
3. After receiving the inferior products, we will deliver new products to clients within seven working days
4. Status as below not in replacement area:
1) Not operating as <User Manual>
2) Artificial damage
3) From flood﹑fire and all other natural disasters
4) Terrible damage on housing, circuit board burning down
5) All accessories except mainframe (such as package、manual、leather bag、gift)
